Now that we may have some outside running weather it is time to transition from the treadmill. Just remember to slow down and reduce your mileage by about 10%. Even though running on a treadmill is similar your muscles are worked harder on the roads. The treadmill does a bulk of the work that your glutes would normally do. So just take it slow and listen to your body.
