It is almost race day so take it easy, you have earned it. Starting Wednesday it is time to carb load. Don’t pig out, but rather increase your clean carbs so your glycogen stores are topped off for Saturday. Also back off on wheat or fiber, sometimes running fast on race day can cause runner’s trots and that is no fun.
