New in 2023, Brooke’s Kids’ Fun Run is open to all kids 9 years old and under. Brooke’s motto was “Have fun and do your best”. That is exactly what Brooke’s Kids’ Fun Run is all about.
The run starts across the street from City Lot 306 where the post-race celebration will be held and goes around the two city blocks utilizing Wilson Street so fans can cheer the kids on near the participants from the 5k and half marathon course.
The cost is $15.00 per child and includes a prize for all finishers (no race shirts are provided for this event). The event is not timed. Top finishers 0-5, 6-9 for girls and boys will be given special recognition at the post-race celebration. Race starts at 10:30 a.m. Kids who wish to participate in the 5k must register for the 5k, but then can do the Kids' Run for FREE!
