Heat train even though we have cooler spring temps. In May the weather can be unpredictable. As you transition to outdoor running try running your long runs with winter gear on. It will be uncomfortable but your body needs to get used to hot weather. Also practice hydrating with the fluids that will be available on race day. It is important in hot weather to know how your body reacts to fluid intake.
